Former deputy plant manager of a 2100 MW power plant and responsible for the day-to-day operation. Long term goal and objective was to secure a viable power plant operation based on strict German Government and European Union regulations and operating permits.

Has a deep understanding of a wide range of technologies associated with the operation of large and small power plants. Former engineering and maintenance manager, with more than 35 years experience in all aspects of engineering, operation and maintenance of power plant equipment. Demonstrated success in international power plant operation, modernisation and transfer of technology. Special knowledge in design, construction, commissioning and start up of large capacity boilers for power plants (oil, gas and coal fired).

Proven expertise in preventive/predictive maintenance of power plants; preparing of equipment specification and equipment procurement; commissioning and start-up of new facilities. Developed training programs and supervised training of power plant engineers and managers.
